После обновления сплошные ошибки. Некорректно отображает информацию. Исправьте! Невозможно стало пользоваться!

Не добавляет, как обещано при регистрации в passbook. Пришлось распечатывать по старинке. Что за древность. Можно ли сделать нормальное приложение, а не макет приложения?!! Жирный неуд. Dont work passbook. Dont use this application!!!

При регистрации в системе FB пароль 4 или 6 цифр, это шутка? Никогда не оставлю свои личные данные под защитой короткого цифрового пароля. Зная номер брони и фамилию пассажира можно посмотреть все паспортные данные пассажира(-ов).

I’m very upset that I booked and paid for my daughter and I to get upgraded seats together and now see that we are separated and in bad seats !!

Unbelievable

I have never experience a junk app and website like Air France. As a French national I am embarrassed that an airline like Air France is unable to maintain a stable system. It virtually impossible to use. If you can’t manage an app and website how can you expect people to trust you with their travel. If your website and app was an airplane it would never get off the ground. Such an embarrassing disappointment on ever level.

One of the worst apps

Terrible app never really works with anything. When you book a flight and want to check it crashes. When you just try to check in , it won’t let you. Now just to book a trip, it keeps crashing on me.

Lost in Translation

This app is glitchey and information is incorrectly laid out. Especially documentation section is like convoluted for any native English speker. If only they used a translator.

Great! except

I just wish they would have let me put my voucher Into pay To use from my refund! There was nowhere to apply it! So basically stuck with a voucher to never be used:( Other than that app is super easy.

Used to be a useful app. Not anymore

It used to be very practical. You would log in with your flying blue membership and would manage your flights. Now you can’t log in it just freezes and the supposed technical help does not have and idea of the app is.

App abilities

App doesn’t allow you to upgrade even when it says thats optional. Functionality of app is not great.

No alerts?

Why does a 1 appear over the bell/alert? I can’t get rid from f it! Please fix. Update: thank you for fixing the alert button problem. Now after reviewing the notification screen it removes the alert!

Misleading advice

I was due to fly back from Paris to San Francisco on a flight at 10:25 AM tomorrow morning. I was checking for an upgrade at about 8 o’clock this morning and they told me that I wouldn’t be able to find one until 1025 or later. Fortunately, I went back to my computer to try to access the upgrade ahead of time because I was worried that I would miss it. At about 1015. I saw an upgrade available and indeed there were only two seats left where I was told at 8 o’clock this morning that they were 12. I took one of the two seats. It wasn’t a window seat as there was none available and that’s what I would’ve preferred. However, I was able to get one. I’m sure that if I’d waited till 1025 I would not have had a seat the information the person gave me this morning misdirected me and almost caused me great disappointment. I am disappointed in Air France for basically almost tricking me out of the upgrade.

Face ID?

Doesn’t appear this app supports Face ID. Am I missing it?

Notification button not working

I have the most recent updated version of the app and I cannot open the little notification bell in the top left corner. There are six notifications there and it’s driving me crazy that I can’t read them. Help how do I fix this? If I cannot get rid of them, I’m going to have to delete this app.

Landscape Mode

Very slow and dysfunctional

The app should really be improved, it freezes, deletes all the information saved if I leave the app for a few seconds, it constantly logs me out.

Love Air France. The app was a bit glitching though.

Sorry I updated

I’m sorry I updated, the app isn’t as user-friendly as the previous version. It looks like they’ve moved it to the cloud.

Easy to use

UI/UX is great in terms of checking in, adding details, modifying trips, & changing seats.

Widget for this app (and KLM) seem to be not working for the past week or so.

The worst airline app

This app is so incredibly buggy. I don’t even know where to start. I am a Flying Blue platinum who has been forced to use it for years now. I just hate this app.

Air France App not so good

The app is not user friendly in my opinion. It took a long time to find our flights. The app only functioned in the vertical position. We were charged (and paid) for something that was not identified. Air France should be able to do better.

Boarding time is misleading

All in all, it’s okay but there are some major flaws. One it keeps stressing you out sending you updates every 15 min 6 hour before your flight. Totally unnecessary and very annoying. But most importantly the English version displays boarding time. Well fun fact it’s not when you boarding starts it’s when the gate closes. Don’t learn it in the hard way.

Complicated buying

I have do twice all the information process because my Bank of America account didn’t proceed the payment. But then Air France system didn’t keep the information I put originally on the 1 st booking. Pretty annoying that the different systems are not making user friendly and fast the booking! Trust people please

Used to be great

Last few trips, it’s become useless. Does not display updated flight time on bookings, does not support voucher claims, boarding pass unable to load/add to wallet, incorrect checkin status/unable to checkin, cannot upgrade, cannot view seat layout. All of these example features were once working or maybe have never worked. My app is up to date and OS is not far behind.

All in english and booking and searching for tickets is easy. Nice work!

The app is not letting me neither check in not select seats for my flight. I am not sure if the feedback will be any helpful

No insurance

Won’t let me get insurance for flights but when I click no insurance it works quick

Can’t scan passport.

The scan documents function doesn’t work. I’ve tried holding it at various distances in good light.

Shame on you

Worst flight experience, starting from baggage policy that is a scam and continue through being the flight with no WiFi, no possibility to select flight and travel with your partner. Not to say anything regarding flying blue where your miles are being canceled without notice. If only I could avoid this company…

Not correlating with delta app.

The check in process was very difficult. I had to call and still was unable to get my boarding pass. My seat was changed on EVERY flight even though I paid additional to ensure my family and I would be together.

Site lags

The site does not update fast enough sometimes it takes 30 to 45 minutes the site which I mean, the app needs to be able to update or refresh at least every minute.

Mobile Friendly?

Recommend that you have your design team look at your lack of mobile optimization.

Voucher not working

My flight got delayed for more than five hours. You offered a food voucher to be used in the airport but when I open it, it keeps saying “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again”.

Logging out?

The app keeps logging me out every couple weeks even when in active use. This makes no sense on a personal phone.

Great Application

Simple and easy to navigate the application. Plenty of options. I was able to do everything I wanted to do including choosing my seat within minutes.

Unable to check in or upgrade

Was unable to enter a second passengers information and subsequently unable to upgrade both my parent and I to a higher tier cabin. When we arrived to the counter, they upgrades were already given to other passengers. Use the website if it’s any better at all.

Impossible App

I have just spent 25 minutes going in loops to get my username, password, frequent flyer number, all of which I had before, and which suddenly were missing from the app Remade them and lost any points that I had, but most of all I wasted a great deal of time

Seat Change on Web Site

Our seats were changed on both departing flight and return flight. Tried to change seats on the web site and while there were open seats, the web site would not allow the change to go through.

Death by authentification

Twenty minute cycle of getting PIN emails to verify my identity and typing it in just to get an request to send another PIN
