Keeps saying there are no flights

Hi, I found the app really good. Here is a way of improvement, i just experienced that the boarding gate displayed on the app is not refreshed when the gate changes, and i was close to loose my flight. Could you fix it?

Not by every AirFrance/KLM flights are seat reservations possible. This is very bad :-( By code sharing flights its nearly impossible to reserve seats :-((( You dont make lucky and loyal customers with is this Problems! The Delta Ap has much more info, as well about the SkyTeam lounches, ...

Useless without flight blue account.

Compared to other app (e.g. Air Berlin, Air Canada, Delta, Lufthansa, Swiss), AF app really need a major user interface lift. Currently, the app is really just a front-end for a website. It doesnt feel at all like a native app like the other apps that Ive used. This app still needs work. And Im generous with 3/5.

Fix this issue please!

One of the worst airline app

The app seems to be pretty good and relatively complete however there are bugs. Last few days I have been able to search for flights as the class field doesnt work. I have also noticed that some of my personal info is incorrect and doesnt match the info I have in my AF account. This info cant be edited for some reason...

Can’t check-in, doesn’t show when I am checked in…can’t send eticket to passbook…what exactly is this app for?

Clumsy interface, occasional crashing, this app is more of a dang we need an app, ASAP! Rather than a well-thought out utility that benefits the customer. Poor effort.

The new air france app is just amazing with its new passbook intergration

Well, its an amazing app but since the last update it crashes when trying to select departure airport. Please fix that.

This app is working in some another language and moreover Im unable to change the language to english

The app doesnt allow you to select Halifax, for example, as a departure/arrival point in Canada, so its pretty much useless. No such problem with the website.

useless unless shown in japanese. the sample pic shows in korean and were not recognizable for japanese. and the app itself is complicated though

You can only see flight schedules, whereas you can even buy your ticket or make online check-in through some competitors apps. Shameful for airfrance!

Terrible

It is one of the worst apps ever. First fee seconds are very pleasant but I have found out that check-in is not possible for the 3 day in a raw, and I was redirected to www. No reason to install that. All the features are same as on mobile site (which is not working properky as well)

This app works much better then website. The only minus is it did not allow me to register in Travel Blue - had to do it on website.
