I couldnt get the "set up an account" page to work. Filled all the data 4 different times. Clicked on last item and nothing happened. Checked to see if I needed a software update-- nope that was fine. Hope the planes run better that this app!

Checked in using the web portal, but could not get the boarding pass onto my phone, so I downloaded this app. Entered my reservation code from the boarding pass PDF the desktop site had sent to me, but the app could not find the reservation. Total crap.

I liked the app well enough as it kept track of my information and thus was easy to make references to my flight. Check in was OK, but then I got a message saying that the app could not display the reservation QR code on my device. Well, that was the chief point of getting the app--I was now tied to a paper ticket. No love from me.

I downloaded the app for a recent trip to Paris. It kept track of my flight information well enough. The only problem was when I went to the airport in Paris to fly back to the United States. The app would not display the barcode for my ticket. I would think this would be the sine qua non of airline apps. I still had to get a paper ticket which didnt make much sense to me. There has been an update so that might now have been addressed.

Simple interface, can do everything from booking to boarding pass.

You cant go wrong with AF, the app is very easy to use and complete.

1. Will not let me checkin to my return flight with booking reference when thats what I used to checkin to my first flight. 2. Will not download the boarding pass in app or in wallet. What is the point of the app then?

The app is suppose to work with the iPad but it does not…. When will it work?

The latest update vastly improves both the look and functionality of the app. It looks great now and can actually be used instead of the website (I couldnt before). Very easy and clear to see flight status, my bookings, and my frequent flyer info. I noticed a couple minor bugs, and it was slow, but at least this app is clearly being worked on. The work is appreciated.

Brazilian cities doesnt appear at Airports list.

Lots of bugs. Frustrating to go through all the booking steps and get an error or not being able to pay !!

I used to be able to get my boarding pass right from within the app. Not working anymore :(

This app was long overdue for a redesign, it was clunky, ugly and useless. Now with the integration of passbook I am finally very pleased to be using this app as a frequent traveler. On par with AF/KLMs biggest SkyTeam partner Delta. Thank you for this update AirFrance!

Eventhough the App is extra nice and highly better than previous one, I realized that "BEY" as in Beirut airport has been removed..will that be included very soon? If yes, please ASAP! And please work on timezone as well since its very important but overall nice app...

Loving the new design. Very easy to access personal info (including documents, etc...) which is why the app really needs an optional pass code lock for access, similar to AirCanada.

"An error has occurred" Crash cant see anything except number of miles

With the update, I only get my miles total and an error message when I try to see the details. I tried to logout and log back in, even to deinstall and reinstall. Nothing doing. The app is broken.
