The app redirects you to the mobile version of site to check-in

App cant install. I cant delete it an reinstall. What a problem?

User interface is not well designed. There are several errors in English translations. Email address input does not remember email previously inserted. Mobile phone model is not recognized and must be selected manually. Lufthansa app is MUCH BETTER

Ive just updated the app but its still not compatible with passbook. Please make this app work with passbook ASAP!!!

Please add somewhere in PassBook eticket "sky priority" if available in order not to discuss with the attendant at the gate.

Flight operated by Alitalia, ive done the check in but it doesnt let me to download the boarding pass. I think that this is an important bug to fix.

I cant access and I cant register by the application. Unuseful on my iPhone 6S. Maybe its a version problem????

Since the last update im not able to access the flying blue zone. It ask the member id number and pin, but the captcha is not visible and give error on access. Strange because if I tap the icon on the top is possible to view the miles earned. Mainly they have blocked the possibility to purchase award tickets! Bad, very bad! Iphone 6 with last IOS. Please solve for 5 stars Mario

the app is great but i still cant input my credit card details. didnt have any issues in the versions from last year but my cc expired and ive been trying to input in the new one with no success. also writing to app didnt help since i wrote them three times and no answer at all. outcome: i dont use the app to purchase the flights anymore which is the shame because it was the main reason to download it.

After the upgrades for iOS 10 it keeps rebooting. Useless. Thank god I can use KLM to check in...

I used to dread opening the Air France app when it was just a container for their web app. But since version 6.0, the app has been completely overhauled. The application is elegantly designed and well thought out. All the standard features, such as buying tickets and managing reservations are there, with the inclusion of a very complete Flying Blue (the Air France loyalty program) section that makes it easy to view miles earned and book reward tickets. One handy bonus, when looking for tickets through the app, you can lock in a fare for 24 hours for free, giving you time to make up your mind! Similar options on the website cost range from $5 to $20. I cant possibly write about all the features included in the app. Air France has proven that they listen to criticism and try to improve on it with this app. My wish for a future release: being able to book multi destination trips from the app.

App would not let me login with password. I could login via web page, but not app. Clicked reset password in app, they sent new 4 digit password, and still wouldnt work except for web page

The App is informative and useful. I receive alerts, it saves passenger information and the check in is easy. Just one improvement is highly recomnended! Please enable download to Wallet from tickets send via email. I checked in my spouse and me via my Air France App and then sent the ticket to him via email but he could not download the ticket from the email to Wallet. Other airlines (Lufthansa, Swiss Air, United) enable this function. Please adapt. Thank you!
