Love it to the moon

Excellent, user-friendly, convenient but some issues sometimes with boarding passes not available for no reason, generating expensive phonecalls to the customer service

Very useful and it will be a reference for others air companies!!!!

App seems good but Login does not work for me.

Message "Unable to login at this time" appears all times. App is now crashed. Airfrance need to fix it.

What about passbook????

This app is embarrassing for such a big company, especially compared to your competitors. I am sure you paid a huge amount of money to some ripping of "agence de com Parisienne" thinking this will be enough to make a good app. Let me tell you something, money alone doesnt make a good app. Where is my online ticket? The passbook integration? When I log in with Flying blue, why dont I see my reservations? Its not Goddamn rocket science!

The app is not usable at all.

Lufthansa is doing much better. The Check-In and app handling is much smoother there. Please Air France: add Passbook!!!!

App crashing frequently and having connectivity problems regularly. Once working, flight status and check in is quite good. Never succeeding to create a passbook boarding pass though.

this app does what all air-line travel apps usually do - not crazy but reliable - therefor 3 stars (OK). I received information saying the app will also work with passbook - which I couldnt manage

Check in function does not run & seatplan does not load. No IPad Support...
